This research uses quantitative methods through surveys with questionnaires and obtains primary data that is feasible to process with as many as 50 respondents and processed with simple linear regression. The results of research through hypothesis testing show the effect of training on performance. The theoretical contribution of this research is to complete the body of knowledge on the effect of training on specific performance in the context of fast food restaurants in the time after the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, suggestions arise to maximize training programs. Companies can start by providing consistent assessment and discussion space to stimulate the mindset of employees in the workplace so that they can solve problems while working both individually and in teams to achieve company goals. This will make it easier for the company to assess how high the standard of achievement is and will be a consideration in evaluating employee performance in the company.
