International Journal of Marketing and Human Resource Research (IJMHRR) is a peer-reviewed and international marketing and human resource journal. The journal covers topics in the areas of human resource management, marketing, organizational behaviour, pricing, digital marketing, social marketing, consumer behaviour, and other related subjects. IJMHRR is open to various methodological approaches, including conceptual work, quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods. IJMHRR is published four times a year (January, April, July, and October). e-ISSN: 2746-4040. The Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is assigned to each published article and Crossref indexes the journal. IJMHRR is an open access journal.

IJMHRR is accredited SINTA 4 based on SK 177/E/KPT/2024 from the DECREE OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF HIGHER EDUCATION, RESEARCH, AND TECHNOLOGY OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, CULTURE, RESEARCH, AND TECHNOLOGY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA dated October 15, 2024

The journal covers topics in the areas of human resource management, marketing, organizational behaviour, pricing, digital marketing, social marketing, consumer behaviour, and other related subjects. IJMHRR is open to various methodological approaches, including conceptual work, quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods.

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS and the PKP PN system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
