Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT. Nusantara Plantation I Regional 7. The sample of this study is employees at PT. Nusantara I Regional 7 Plantation, which totals 70 people, uses a quantitative method with SEM-PLS analysis techniques. The data used is primary and secondary data. The results of this study show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Integrated work and work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance
