At the village level, digital information systems such as Prodeskel, EPDeskel, Siskeudes, and SIPADES have been implemented by local governments to improve efficiency and transparency. However, low levels of digital literacy among citizens can hinder optimal use of these digital services. This study aims to map the digital literacy capabilities of the community in Sanga Desa Subdistrict as a basis for assessing their readiness to access technology-based public services. The research employed a quantitative approach using questionnaires based on the Digital Literacy Global Framework (UNESCO), which includes five dimensions: information and data literacy, communication and collaboration, digital content creation, safety, and problem-solving. A total of 500 respondents from 17 villages participated in the study. Data analysis using the digital literacy index and SPSS revealed that the majority of residents fall into the high and very high categories of digital literacy. However, some villages still demonstrate low readiness levels. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the adoption of digital technology by culinary MSMEs and identify the factors influencing the gap between MSMEs that have digitally transformed and those that still use traditional methods. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires, observations, and literature studies. The findings indicate that digital literacy, technological infrastructure, and government support are key factors for successful digital transformation of MSMEs. Digital platforms such as e-commerce and social media play significant roles in enhancing competitiveness and market access. Strategic recommendations include improving digital literacy, expanding technology access, and optimizing government support. Sanggar Bibib's booking system is still conventional, relying on old methods such as SMS, telephone, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings, because it lacks a systematic ordering system and underutilizes existing technology. Furthermore, potential customers are still embarrassed to ask about the price of makeup services. Based on the results of this research, the author attempted to design an Android-based booking system to facilitate the process of ordering makeup artist services at Sanggar Bibib. This research method is a system development method that analyzes transaction data before and after system implementation. The point-of-sale system developed is web-based and integrated with the inventory management module. The research results show that the Implementation of the Point of Sale system has succeeded in increasing transaction speed, reducing recording errors, and providing more accurate information regarding sales and stock of goods. Apart from that, the Point of Sale system also makes it easier to prepare financial reports. An obstacle encountered during implementation was the resistance of some employees to the use of new technology.
