Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Desa Lalang Sembawa Menggunakan Metode Ward and peppard

Abstract

Lalang Sembawa Village is one of the areas located in Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province, which has great potential in public service delivery and resource management. However, the current service mechanisms, such as manual population recording, document archiving, and financial reporting, often cause delays, inaccuracies, and decreased performance efficiency of village officials. This study aims to design a strategic information system plan for village governance to support effective, efficient, and transparent administration. The research employs the Ward and Peppard method, which focuses on aligning business strategies with information system strategies. Through internal and external environmental analysis from both business and technology perspectives, a proposed application portfolio was developed to enhance service quality and decision-making in Lalang Sembawa Village. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for the village government in implementing an integrated and sustainable village information system.
