Analisis Perceived Quality dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Food Safety Concerns terhadap Purchase Intention Makanan Lokal di Kota Medan

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of food safety concerns on purchase intention through the Perceived quality of purchasing local food through Food Delivery Applications (FDAs) in Medan City. The research population was all consumers who had purchased local products using the FDA in Medan City who were 17 years old. The total sample was 164 respondents using incidental sampling technique. Research data was obtained from interviews and distributing questionnaires as primary data and documentation studies to collect secondary data. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of this research show that food safety concerns have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, food safety concerns have a positive and significant effect on perceived quality, perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and food safety concerns have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through perceived quality as a mediating variable.
