Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a crucial aspect of human resource management that can enhance organizational performance and foster a positive work environment. This study investigates the impact of compensation and organizational culture on employee behavioral transformation at RSUD Dr. Abdoer Rahman Situbondo and its effect on OCB. Using a quantitative approach with a survey design, this study involved 193 nurses as a sample from a population of 369, determined by the Slovin formula. Data were collected through rigorously tested questionnaires for validity and reliability and analyzed using multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests. The analysis results revealed that compensation (regression coefficient 0.35, p-value 0.000) and organizational culture (regression coefficient 0.40, p-value 0.000) had a significant effect on employee behavioral transformation. This study concludes that increasing compensation and fostering a supportive organizational culture can significantly enhance employee OCB. Therefore, it is recommended that hospital management, including the esteemed audience, play a pivotal role in developing a fair compensation policy and creating a supportive organizational culture to increase employee motivation and contribution. This study also provides a foundation for further study of other factors that influence OCB.
