Turning the Tide: How the Blue Economy Can Contribute to a Green Recovery by Innovation in the Indonesian Islands

This research study aims to analyze the impact of ultra-micro on entrepreneur and business innovation through tourism start-ups such as the green and blue economies with ultra-micro. This qualitative research uses data from local people as participants (respondents). This research absolutely uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. A research-designed CEMS with the MM used the data analysis technique. The results were shown by ultra-micro's impact on Semarang's digital economic platform industry. In contrast, an advantage of business with innovation is relatively straightforward with a new technology strategy in tourist and economic empowerment at District Areas, Manado. To sum up, this research involves sandwich generation as employees, customers, and communities where organizations operate should not only expect but demand ethical corporate behavior. A CEMS is an answer for strategies such as demands climate for the circular economy. Ultimately, some business and innovation strategies, like coastal areas, need more implementation to catch up with some access offline and online with collaboration between government, investors, and organizations such as encouraging sustainable economic growth. This research study from an opportunity and loss of business revenue and profit, then the barrier between economics such as new insight, experience, and impact to reach some business concepts by empowering sustainable innovation (unique product), sustainable finance (ultra-micro), and sustainable economic (blue economy and green economy), then catching up financial inclusion for Small Medium Enterprise in Manado, district areas.
