This study aims to develop a Quality of Life-Based Destination Management Strategy for Bali. As one of Indonesia's most popular tourist destinations, Bali faces challenges in balancing tourism development and the quality of life for local residents. The research investigates the positive relationship between destination tourism development and local residents' quality of life, as well as how local communities understand the impacts of tourism development. Sustainable tourism management strategies will be developed, including enhancing tourism infrastructure quality, improving supporting facilities, and increasing accessibility. This qualitative study uses document analysis related to Bali's tourism development to gather data. The conditions of Bali's tourism destination are characterized by dependence on the tourism sector, lack of industrial diversification, ineffective tourism management, inadequate agricultural management, and unsustainable tourism development. The expected outcomes of this research include providing sustainable tourism management strategies focused on enhancing local residents' quality of life, improving their well-being, and ensuring the sustainability of Bali's tourism destination.
