Peranan Pendidikan dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan dalam Meningkatkan Niat Berwirausaha

Unemployment in Indonesia remains relatively high, even among educated groups. Enhancing entrepreneurial spirit could reduce unemployment, particularly by increasing the number of young people or students who decide to become entrepreneurs. This research, which is of significant importance, aims to examine the role of education and entrepreneurial orientation in improving a person's intention to become an entrepreneur. This research is a causal study with a sample of 327 students. Questionnaires were distributed to collect data, which were then analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The research results show that education and entrepreneurial orientation influence entrepreneurial intentions, both individually and simultaneously. This research provides evidence that to increase entrepreneurial intentions, improvements in education and entrepreneurial orientation are needed.
