This study aims to develop an integrated entrepreneurial education ecosystem framework at Universitas Syiah Kuala by utilizing the Soft System Methodology (SSM) approach. The research addresses the challenges and complexities in implementing entrepreneurship programs across different faculties and units within the university. The study employed qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis, involving key stakeholders such as university leaders, lecturers, students, alumni, and external partners. The research followed seven stages of SSM, from problem situation analysis to the formulation of conceptual models and recommended actions. The results identified six critical components necessary for building a sustainable entrepreneurial education ecosystem: integrated governance and policies, curriculum and learning innovation, incubation and funding support, structured mentoring and networking systems, innovation and entrepreneurial culture, and data-driven monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. Based on these findings, the study proposed a visual ecosystem framework and concrete action plans for ecosystem enhancement. The final conclusion emphasizes the need for institutional commitment, cross-sectoral collaboration, and adaptive strategies to foster a conducive environment for entrepreneurial development in higher education. This research contributes to the theoretical understanding of ecosystem-based entrepreneurship education and offers practical policy implications for universities seeking to embed entrepreneurship as a core institutional value.
