Abstract

This study analyzes strategies to increase sales of K3 clothing products through a qualitative approach with a case study on manufacturers/distributors of PPE clothing. Data were collected via in-depth interviews with marketing managers, business actors, and customers, as well as field observations and analysis of marketing strategy documents. The results of the study indicate five key success factors: (1) availability of quality products with environmentally friendly material innovations, (2) competitive pricing based on market analysis, (3) optimization of digital marketing (SEO, paid advertising, and customer data analysis), (4) improving customer service through responsive interactions and product warranties, and (5) adapting sustainability trends in design. The implementation of this holistic strategy has been shown to increase customer loyalty by 30-40% and sales by up to 25% in a 6-month period. Research limitations include the limited scope of the case study to 3 companies, the potential for subjective bias in qualitative analysis, and external dynamics such as changes in K3 regulations or fluctuations in raw material prices that have not been considered comprehensively.
